还原氨氧化衍生法结合高效液相色谱-荧光法检测葡萄酒中三种芳香醛

本研究以氨氧类荧光试剂4-氨氧基甲基-7-羟基-香豆素(AOHC)为标记物,发展了一种还原氨氧化衍生化方法,并利用该方法结合高效液相色谱-荧光检测(HPLC-FLD)成功从葡萄酒样品中检测出苯甲醛与苯乙醛,其含量分别为0.12、0.18 mg/L。本方法检测限低至5 nmol/L,且无需固相萃取等复杂的前处理方法,在复杂基质的醛类分析中具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:

To determine the aromatic aldehydes in wines,a pre-column fluorescence derivatization method namely reductive oxyamination was developed using 4-aminooxymethyl-7-hydroxy-coumarin(AOHC) combined with high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection(HPLC-FLD).After the optimization of several important reaction parameters,the reductive oxyamination method were achieved with high derivatization efficiency and low detection limits.Using this method,two aromatic aldehydes,benzaldehyde and phenylacetaldehyde,were successfully detected in a wine sample.Their contents were determined as 0.12 and 0.18 mg/L,respectively.We believe that this promising method can be further applied in aldehyde analysis in various matrices.
